What makes you feel vulnerable as a burner leader? In this circle we will take turns sharing our stories before any cross talk, and we commit to keeping what is shared by others confidential. Past sessions have revealed to many folks that they are not alone in facing their challenges and they may have learned more than they even realized. This is a participatory session and the facilitators role is simply to ensure everyone has a chance to share.
